Rajo Society is a non-governmental organization and nonprofit making based in Mogadishu City.
Rajo Society is a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Mogadishu, Banadir region. It was established in mid-2013 by a group of intellectuals and committed community members from Mogadishu and South-Central Somalia.
The organization was founded to strengthen the role of Somali women and youth in social, economic, health, and political life, recognizing that they are among the most affected by the country’s ongoing challenges.
Rajo Society also works to build community resilience through programs in education, environmental sustainability, healthcare services, and emergency response to crises such as displacement, droughts, and conflicts.
